The GEM-VK foot switch series features a special vinyl cover to give added environmental protection against limited amounts of water and dirt. The dip molded cover is bonded to the vinyl base pad of the foot switch and the cable entry boot is clinched tight to the cordset. Minor cosmetic imperfections and blemishes are inherent in dip molded parts and must be expected. However, the basic environmental protection afforded is not affected.
