The varior potentiometer was designed as a low cost foot control where a nonwatertight housing is suitable. Four standard prewired 2 watt linear models are available. The momentary models have a spring return pedal action, and the maintained models have adjustable friction pads. Maximum resistance must be specified when ordering. Drawn steel housing with black cover, complete with full treadle pad and nonskid base pad.
